The Chef’s Counter will evolve with the seasons, rotating through four distinct themes inspired by the classical elements: Sea, Land, Fire, and Air. Each installment explores the ingredients, techniques, and traditions that bring these elements to life through the lens of Northern Italian cuisine.

This Fall

Chef’s Counter returns to the earth.
Dalla Terra (meaning "From the Earth") is a tasting journey inspired by Italy’s landscapes—where fields, forests, and harvests come alive. Rooted in tradition and guided by the seasons, each dish is a tribute to the rustic flavors, textures, and spirit of the land. A true celebration of autumn’s bounty.

  • The Dalla Terra tasting menu runs for a limited time—October 21 through January 20—rooted in tradition and celebrating the rustic flavors, textures, and spirit of the land.

  • Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance of your booking. We will do our best to accommodate, but modifications are limited and cannot be guaranteed.

  • This is a curated five-course tasting experience with a set menu that changes seasonally. Menus are not released ahead of time, and à la carte ordering is not available during this experience.

  • The Chef’s Counter includes both counter-height and lower seating. If you require lower seating for accessibility, please let us know in advance so we can prioritize accordingly.

  • All guests are seated at the same time to enjoy the full progression of the menu. Please arrive promptly to ensure the best experience.

  • Expect the experience to last approximately 1.5-2 hours.

  • Due to limited seating, cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a $20/person fee.
