Intimate and immersive, this experience invites guests to dine at the edge of the kitchen, where each plate is prepared just for you—and every course tells a story.

The Chef’s Counter will evolve with the seasons, rotating through four distinct themes inspired by the classical elements: Sea, Land, Fire, and Air. Each installment explores the ingredients, techniques, and traditions that bring these elements to life through the lens of Northern Italian cuisine.

Sotto Mare is a tasting journey inspired by the soul of the Italian coast—where sea meets sun. Drawing from the vibrant flavors, textures, and traditions of Italy's coastal regions, each dish is a tribute to fresh fish, bright ingredients, and a true celebration of the sea.

The Sotto Mare tasting menu runs for a limited time—July 15 through October 15—celebrating the flavors of the Italian coast with five seafood-forward courses crafted to capture the essence of summer.

This is a curated five-course tasting experience with a set menu that changes seasonally. Menus are not released ahead of time, and à la carte ordering is not available during this experience.

The Chef’s Counter includes both counter-height and lower seating. If you require lower seating for accessibility, please let us know in advance so we can prioritize accordingly.

All guests are seated at the same time to enjoy the full progression of the menu. Please arrive promptly to ensure the best experience.

Due to limited seating, cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a $20/person fee.
