L’Orto (meaning “The Garden”) is a tasting journey rooted in Italy’s kitchen gardens—where just-picked ingredients and seasonal simplicity take center stage. Each experience is guided by the market, with Chef Hurley hand-selecting the finest local ingredients at their peak. Guided by spring’s freshest harvest, the menu leans into vibrant vegetables, delicate herbs, and simple, thoughtful presentation. An ode to the garden in full bloom.

This is a curated five-course tasting experience with a set menu that changes seasonally. Menus are not released ahead of time, and à la carte ordering is not available during this experience.

The Chef’s Counter includes both counter-height and lower seating. If you require lower seating for accessibility, please let us know in advance so we can prioritize accordingly.

All guests are seated at the same time to enjoy the full progression of the menu. Please arrive promptly to ensure the best experience.
